Each egg is carefully handled with cleanliness and care and stored in the refrigerator to maintain freshness. For safe handling, we recommend refrigerating your eggs as soon as possible to preserve their taste and prevent any potential contamination. Always wash eggs before use, and handle them gently to avoid cracking.

We have an egg stand we stock on Saturday mornings. All eggs are first come first served.

If you would like to reserve eggs, you can send us an email and we will set some aside. Egg reservation require a 50% non-refundable deposit and you must pick up within 48 hours.
